The Senior Director of Supply Chain Management is responsible for developing cohesive strategies and executing strategic plans to transform Kelsey Seybold's supply chain organization into a modern, center-led supply chain organization that delivers superior value. The role involves planning and directing the Clinic's overall supply chain and logistics strategy, operations, policies, objectives, and initiatives to maximize process efficiency, productivity, and financial impact. Additionally, this position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing and purchasing initiatives that support current and future growth. The Senior Director will also be responsible for spend diagnostics, target setting, RFI/RFP processes, negotiations, contracting, supplier management, and demand management. Furthermore, the Senior Director oversees the organization's inventory, warehousing, distribution, and transportation functions. This role is also a vital member of the team responsible for planning, designing, and opening new clinic locations and managing the central distribution warehouse. The focus of the Senior Director is to maximize the value that the Clinic receives for purchasing supplies, equipment, and services by negotiating favorable pricing arrangements with high-quality, dependable vendors. Finally, the Senior Director shall develop the necessary procedures to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and approval guidelines.

Salary Range: $178,957- $231,591 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Requirements:

Education

BA in Supply Chain Management, project management, cost accounting, finance, e-business/e-procurement systems, or relevant field

Experience:

10 years of progressive purchasing management experience in a healthcare setting.

Experience with progressive accountability in supply chain management in a business with distributed field operations of 40+ locations and full budgetary responsibility.

Preferred Experience/Certification:

Experience with clinical and/or physician materials and supplies is a plus, including managing distributors (Cardinal Health, McKesson, etc.) and GPOs (Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust

Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)

Experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.)

Experience with procurement operations, particularly P2P process and systems

Experience producing successful results through demand management/utilization and spend rationalization required.
