The Role:The Senior Director UI/UX Design will relentlessly focus on improving the user experience of our customers & delight our users. You will be the driving force behind our user research efforts. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual to shape and grow the UX research function from the ground up. We would like you to help lead, research, define, and improve end-to-end UX of our applications, while working with our customers and our product, marketing and technology teams.
What You'll Do:Experience with B2B, SaaS and analytical applications.
Additional Requirements:The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $177,000 - $265,000/per year. This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at CommerceIQ. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock options, as well as potential discretionary bonuses.
