JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Sr. Director of Unified Endpoint Management to lead a crucial division within our Technology Workplace Tower. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing our UEM platform (Bigfix + Intune), managing diverse device ecosystems including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android, and ensuring security and compliance across all endpoints. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 15 people, including direct reports, team members, and external contractors. The Sr. Director builds and leverages strong partnerships across business, technology, product leadership, and vendors/partners to implement innovative cost savings and optimization solutions for Marriott. This global role spans responsibilities across all regions and will be instrumental in shaping the endpoint management strategy for the entire organization.

Required:
Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent combination of experience, education, and certification10+ years of technology leadership experience with a blend of deep technical knowledge and a customer-focused mindset including:6+ years managing direct reports and Service Provider teams5+ years experience delivering large-scale endpoint management technology solutionsExtensive experience with UEM platforms, preferably including Bigfix, Intune, Workspace One or similarExperience in managing global teams and initiativesExperience working with remote and offshore development teamsStrong understanding of various operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android)Experience with endpoint security and compliance in enterprise environmentsDemonstrated ability in design thinking and understanding user journeysProven track record in utilizing data and analytics to drive decision makingStrong innovation skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing technological landscapesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of compliance requirements in technology environmentsFunctional knowledge of SAFe/Agile frameworkFunctional knowledge of Product ManagementPreferred:

Technical Leadership and Delivery

This role reports directly to the Vice President and is part of the leadership team of the Technical Workplace Products tower. The position plays a key role in the company's global digital transformation initiatives. Change management skills are crucial for driving adoption of new technologies and practices. Performance will be measured on factors such as successful technology adoption rates, user satisfaction, system performance, and efficiency of operations. Travel may be required to support global initiatives and collaborate with international teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $134,700 to $255,930 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
