The Opportunity:

Lead digital acceleration and e-commerce strategies for Dr. Barbara Sturm in North America, focusing on optimizing the sales funnel for key retail partners. Drive commercial plans to increase dotcom sales, online traffic, and new customer acquisition while achieving monthly and annual revenue goals.

What you'll get to do:

Performance Analysis & Insights:

  • Create and manage a robust KPI tracker to monitor overall performance and address gaps effectively
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable strategies to enhance customer engagement and retailer value
  • Obtain brand's ranking information and gather insights using data to refine e-retail strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Expand expertise in market trends and business drivers to optimize strategies for future growth
  • Ensure best-in-class execution for launches, sales targets, and portfolio updates, implementing corrective measures as needed
  • Strengthen the digital funnel and execute tactics such as affiliate strategies, email marketing, and search optimization to grow awareness, traffic, engagement and conversion

E-Retail Partnerships & Strategy:

  • Build strong relationships with top retailer.com teams (Amazon, Sephora, Nordstrom, etc.) to drive Dr. Barbara Sturm business and negotiate visibility within the skincare category
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, including promotions, allocations, sampling programs, and omni-channel initiatives to optimize growth and profitability
  • Collaborating with global team to ensure flawless execution of content, product pages, visibility, promotions GWP/sample setups, and product launches
  • Recommend and implement campaigns and activations for new launches, seasonal moments, and retailer-specific opportunities to elevate brand visibility and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor co-op agreements and media performance to improve ROI and new client recruitment

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Deliver clear, impactful communication to align internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales on omni-channel strategies and retailor.com activations as needed
  • Partner with marketing, media, and operations teams to align on campaigns, inventory planning, and launch schedules
  • Work with the Global ECommerce team to maintain merchandising calendars, content strategies, and best practices across US channels and from other markets

We'd love to meet you if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related fields
  • 5+ years of eCommerce, retailer.com, or digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of digital media, data analytics, and competitive market trends
  • Experience with top retailers (e.g., Sephora, Nordstrom etc.) and a record of driving brand awareness through content and messaging strategies
  • Experience building and running successful advertising campaigns on Amazon
  • Skilled in project management, multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Agile, creative, and passionate about retail, sales, and digital innovation
  • Strong communicator and problem solver with a detail-oriented approach
  • Thrives in fast-paced settings and excels in cross-functional collaboration
  • Motivated by impact and results with a drive to innovate and push strategic sales agendas

Compensation:

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000.00 - $135,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
