Lead or participate in a cross functional team to plan and design information technology solutionsManage on-premise and cloud infrastructure to maintain high reliability and efficiency of company systemsDevelop processes for improving efficiency and document technical proceduresDesign scalable cloud infrastructure for our data analyses and other informatics pipelines.Perform regular security audits of IT systems and mitigate issues as neededMaintain production databases and application servers to support research and development effortsOversee regular maintenance and testing of remote disaster recovery infrastructureLead and participate in business continuity planning and implementation with a cross functional teamMentor colleagues and lead projects with manageable risks and resource needsSkills:
Proficiency in leading and designing AWS cloud infrastructureProficiency in maintaining VMware-based virtual workloads and associated hardwareProficiency in working with identity based solutions (eg AD/AAD/Okta)Proficiency in handling mixed Windows and Linux operating systemsProficiency in scripting (unix/powershell/aws-cli)Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 platformsProficiency in maintaining Oracle, SQL Server, PostgresSQL, and MySQL server databasesProficiency in supervising network monitoring/security solutions such as Zabbix, Crowdstrike, and ZscalerFamiliarity with maintaining Apache, Tomcat, and IIS serversFamiliarity with Cisco/Fortigate networking equipment (Firewall/Switches) configurations#J-18808-Ljbffr
