Job Description:Analog Devices Federal LLC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our New Product Integration (NPI) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for cutting-edge RF and mmW products, as well as our established space-level production line.As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful transition of new products from the design phase into production at our Chelmsford, MA facility. You will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing readiness, working closely with the process development team, and conducting in-depth data analysis to enhance yield, throughput, and overall product quality throughout its lifecycle. A key aspect of the role will be managing and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing processes.This hands-on position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and manufacturing. You will lead and actively participate in efforts to drive operational excellence and support the launch of innovative products in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a seamless transition of new products from development to full-scale manufacturing.
- Collaborate with the process development team to ensure manufacturing readiness.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving yield, throughput, and quality.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiencies across the product lifecycle.
- Work cross-functionally with design and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Provide hands-on support to troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Champion operational excellence and support process improvement projects.
Qualifications:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing process development, preferably in RF, mmW, or related technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in new product introduction and working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to apply for a security clearance.
