If you're a seasoned construction professional looking to take on exciting and challenging projects, we'd love to have you join us!Position: Senior EstimatorThe Senior Estimator will be responsible for leading the estimating process for various construction projects, providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for all stages of the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with project teams and clients.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual budgets and preliminary estimates during the early stages of project development
• Create detailed estimates for schematic design, guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and stipulated sum contracts
• Utilize value engineering techniques to optimize project costs and provide cost-saving solutions
• Review and analyze subcontractor bids to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with project management and construction teams to develop and maintain project budgets
• Provide ongoing cost analysis and risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on project costs and potential risks
• Maintain accurate and organized estimating files and records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 10+ years of experience
• Experience with estimating software, such as Procore or Sage Estimating
• Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of project financials
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a variety of construction sectors, including multifamily, senior living, affordable housing, healthcare, academic, municipal, hospitality, and museums
