Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals for luxury hotel projects, high-end condominiums, and intricate interior renovations.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to identify project scope and potential cost impacts.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Develop and maintain a database of historical data for pricing, labor costs, and materials.
• Review and assess subcontractor bids and quotes, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Assist in value engineering and provide recommendations for cost-saving alternatives.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings, project hand-offs, and client presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on hotel projects, condominiums, or high-end interiors.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
