The Senior Executive Assistant will provide a broad range of high-level administrative support for the Chief Administrative, Legal and Risk Officer and Chief Real Estate Officer. Serve as a liaison between the Executives and various levels of Wawa management and external contacts. Function with a high level of professionalism, tact, and integrity due to the extensive exposure to confidential data. In addition to administrative duties, lead independent projects and tasks as assigned.

Principal Duties:

* Complete a broad range of administrative tasks for the Executives including but not limited to: manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, process expense reports, compose and prepare correspondence, presentations, and documents that are sometimes confidential, arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compile documents for all types of meetings.

* Communicate directly and on behalf of the Executive(s) with Wawa Board members, members from external boards on which the Executive(s) participates, charities, staff, and others on matters related to Executive(s)' initiatives. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Executive(s)' office and internal departments. Demonstrate integrity to maintain credibility, trust, and support with all levels of management.

* Research, prioritize, and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executive(s), including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

* Manage and coordinate the Executive(s)' schedules to ensure it is followed and respected. Provide gatekeeper and gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the Executive(s)' time and office.

* Plan and organize quarterly meetings, team activities, and recognition events that will reinforce the culture and build a collaborative team environment.

* Work closely and effectively with the Executive(s) to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Function as a barometer, having a sense for the issues taking place in the workplace and keeping the Executive(s) updated and informed.

* Build relationships with internal and external customers and vendors that are crucial to the success of the organization and lead and/or manage a variety of special projects for the Executive(s), which may have organizational impact.

* Successfully complete deliverables with hands-on approach, including presentations and correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the Executive(s)' ability to lead the business.

* Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, and proactively follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

* Collaborate with other Executive Assistants on the planning and execution of various projects and events.

* Perform all other administrative support duties, as necessary.

Qualifications:

* Business School/Associate Degree preferred

* Four years of experience as an Executive Assistant for top level management

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).

* Experience and interest in internal and external communications and building strong partnerships and relationships.

* Possess a firm understanding of financial related materials and capable of evaluating situations and making recommendations regarding overall business concerns.
