Stanford University School of Medicine Office of the Chief Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer is seeking a visionary and thought leader for the role of Senior Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).
This newly created position will report to the Chief Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer. This position will recommend and implement organizational frameworks for DEIB positions and department structures across the SoM, SHC, and Stanford Medicine Childrens Health (SMCH) to meet each entities unique needs and populations they serve. Oversee enterprise-wide strategies and efforts to advance diversity, health equity and inclusion, and will help implement the recommendations issued by Stanford Medicine's Commission on Justice and Equity.

Leadership experience and track record of working within an academic health system highly desired.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience in administrative and financial management, or combination of education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:
Certification in DEI strategic program implementation, and/or DEI best practices desired. Program assessment skills training is highly desired.

The expected pay range for this position is $198,098 to $251,874 per annum.
