Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Fashion Designer at Rare Editions in New York, NY. The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating and overseeing the design process, including embroidery, fitting, and working with textiles. They will lead a fashion design team of 5 in developing new collections and ensuring the brand's unique aesthetic is maintained.

Qualifications

• Embroidery, Fitting, and Textiles skills
• Fashion Design expertise
• Strong creativity and understanding of fashion trends
• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs from inception to production
• Experience with creating and presenting fashion sketches and tech packs
• Attention to detail and accuracy in garment construction
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Experience in children's fashion design is a plus
