What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading strategic planning efforts to promote company growth and support ongoing projects.
• Managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Overseeing site development engineering, including project planning, development, and construction practices.
• Driving opportunity generation through marketing proposals and client engagement.
• Representing the firm in all project aspects to clients, communities, and potential employees.

What You'll Need to be Considered:

• 10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on client management and strategic growth.
• Ability to manage complex projects with a keen understanding of local regulations and permitting processes.
