• Weekly reports on technology utilization, unapproved hours, and WIP for distribution
• Inventory Management: including cycle count metrics, E&O and account reconciliations
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management
• Lead management reporting for actual results and forecasting for Distribution team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance along with 3+ years or more of relevant experience (preferable in the manufacturing industry)
• FP&A experience in financial reporting and analysis and managing multiple priorities at a time
• Must be able to learn and improve processes on a month to month basis
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to manage processes within different teams
• Minimal travel- less than 5%
