In this high-impact role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the firm's financial strategy and performance. You'll work closely with senior leaders and partners, providing valuable insights and driving commercial outcomes. This role requires a hands-on approach with a strong ability to collaborate and influence key decision-makers, particularly in the professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading financial planning and analysis efforts, providing accurate forecasts, and aligning financial strategies with the firm's goals.
  • Working directly with partners and practice group heads to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
  • Developing and presenting financial models and analyses to support strategic decisions and commercial outcomes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering financial guidance and influencing key business decisions.
  • Supporting the firm's investment strategies and enhancing financial performance through process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating across departments to influence resource management, profitability, and other key financial metrics.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the professional services / legal industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with partners and senior leaders.
  • A self-starter who is equally comfortable being hands-on and influencing commercial decisions.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience in large-scale data analysis to support business outcomes.
