If you're an experienced data analyst or fraud fighter who is looking for an exciting career in fraud operations, this is the right place for you!Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Fraud and Operations Manager you will use your expertise to ensure the security of deposits on the Raisin platform. Your knowledge of common fraud techniques coupled with your ability to find the proverbial needle in a haystack and with strategic problem-solving will be at the center of your work at Raisin. You will use Python, SQL, and third party risk information to protect our customers, the platform, and the Raisin brand.Your responsibilities will span all pillars of fraud strategy at Raisin, including intelligence and prevention, mitigation, investigation and recovery. This role will report to the Head of Fraud Operations, and will be based in the United States.Key responsibilities include:
    • Fraud Strategy and Analytics: Help define strategy for Fraud Operations on a quarterly and annual basis.
    • Identify and lead initiatives to improve policies, procedures and processes to improve fraud detection and mitigation.
    • Analyze Fraud-related data and present insights to relevant parties (including company leadership).
    • Fraud Prevention, Detection and Investigation: Use your experience with the ACH network to minimize Raisin's exposure to unauthorized ACH returns.
    • Support in detecting unusual/suspicious activity, through 3rd party risk information providers and internal approaches.
    • Assist in fraud investigations and drive the conversation around Fraud KPIs, policy related to risk, and changes to the product that help to reduce Raisin's exposure to fraud.
    • Proactively identify and close gaps in our fraud monitoring process.
    • Data Analytics: Use your scripting ability to help detect patterns in large datasets.
    • Analyze risk telemetry in order to identify possible cases of fraud that went undetected.
    • Recycle your analytic findings and create rules that help drive the mission of the Raisin U.S. Operations Team.
    • Synthesize risk findings into compelling stories and communicate them to Payments Risk leadership.
    • Measure fraud performance across payment methods, develop core metrics, and create dashboards to track and understand them.
    • Risk Engine: Develop low-friction custom risk rules that help detect identity theft, account takeover, and other common types of fraud.
