Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/Python/AI), Up to $220K + equity, Hybrid NY

Senior Full Stack (Front End leaning) Engineer sought for a fast-growth AI driven fintech who are early stage but after recent solid funding, are growing rapidly. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an exciting organization who provide state of the art Autonomous AI agents to power analysis for financial institutions.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will be integral to the development of the front-end platform, driving the creation of user-centric features as well as taking ownership of the front end tech stack leading decisions to optimize performance. Additionally, the Senior Full Stack Engineer will be working closely with the backend team to manage the integration of third-party platforms and occasionally support with their Python/AWS backend to ensure efficient platform architecture.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will have the chance to collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to craft innovative solutions.

This role is offering up to $220,000 + equity, hybrid working and many other benefits

In return for:

• 5+ years experience within full stack engineering with a focus on front end development
• Commercial React/Typescript experience with Python and AWS knowledge on the backend
• Bonus points for commercial experience with AI/LLM
• Expertise in front end frameworks (React/Vue/Angular)
