Senior Global Project Manager - Sales Readiness

We are looking for a Senior Global Project Manager to join our LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) - Sales Readiness Team. We are responsible for bringing innovative sales enablement solutions to our salesforce. This includes new product and product update changes, sales skills training, sales methodology, portfolio selling and productivity tools.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as ‘Chief of Staff' for Executive and Cross Functional committee overseeing Sales Enablement
- Creation and execution of sales enablement communication plan
- Go deep in understanding and validating customer needs, translate them into specific and actionable requirements, product roadmaps and project plans
- Use problem solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, conduct analysis, extrapolate key insights and deliver recommendations
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement the approved recommendations.
- Learn quickly, be proactive, and assume ownership for broad tracks of work
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years project management experience
- 5+ years of sales experience in a closing role or sales readiness or learning & development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical in your approach to understanding business impact of our sales readiness programs.
- Expertise in project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to interact with a spectrum of audiences ranging from senior executives to sales reps.
- Six sigma certification
- Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong executive presence including the ability to set clear expectations and hold co-workers accountable for meeting commitments
