About The Position: WildFluer is an innovative skincare brand committed to making products with best-in-class efficacy and beautiful packaging. We are searching for a Sr. Graphic Designer to produce beautiful and engaging creative assets that bring our brand to life. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the visual identity of a new skincare startup. Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative assets for digital, print, packaging, and advertising campaigns.
  • Follow creative direction and brand guidelines while helping evolve the visual identity of the brand.
  • Guide design projects from concept to completion, including brainstorming, execution, and final delivery of assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of digital, print, and production processes to execute designs effectively across various media formats, maintaining quality and consistency throughout.
  • Create packaging designs with a solid understanding of file preparation and technical requirements for production.
  • Apply a strong sense of composition, color sensibility, and a solid understanding of typography, layout, and brand identity principles to all design work.
  • View products and designs from a customer's perspective to ensure that visual assets resonate with the target audience.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Prior experience working with skincare, beauty, or cosmetics is a major bonus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing past work, particularly beauty/skincare/cosmetics campaigns and packaging design projects.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience with After Effects is a plus.
  • Very detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality in all work.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Previous agency experience is a plus but not required.
