The Senior Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for assisting with development and implementation of safety, and health programs that comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Company requirements. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and compliance of safety programs and work procedures associated with federal, state, and local regulations and Company policies Analyze, summarize, and report all necessary EHS data Prepare, implement, and review EHS manuals, programs, procedures, and standards Prepare, schedule, and conduct emergency drills and exercises Provide status updates and recommendations to management on program and policy development Maintain a daily field presence by conducting inspections, training, and verifying compliance in addition to other tasks Develop & implement safety communication/reporting processes and safety strategies Maintain effective communication with all levels of employees, management, and appl...Safety Specialist, Health, Specialist, Senior, Operations, Insurance, Manufacturing
