Position:Senior Help Desk Desktop Specialist Location:11601 Landsdown Street, North Bethesda, MD 20852, or another location in Bethesda/Rockville where IRMB office operates from and remote work location.Hybrid role Duration:Long termJob Description: The Senior Help Desk Desktop Specialist performs a variety of user support tasks, either independently or under supervision of System Engineers , which are broad in nature and are concerned with the support, maintenance, and administration of the end user computing environment. This includes basic network services, hardware (desktop computers, laptop computers, mobile devices) software (MS Office, Adobe etc.) and support facilities and/or equipment as stated in the SOW. In addition, the Help Desk Team Lead guides the team of help desk specialists. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and six years of relevant experience in a leadership role in end user support activities, ten years of IT-related and including six (6) years of relevant experience in a leadership role in end user support activities. The Help Desk Team Lead should possess one or more of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) and/or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP).
