The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economics consulting firm, is looking for a Senior HR Analyst to join our Boston, MA or Chicago, IL offices. This position will act as a key resource providing support to Human Resources in leveraging data insights to optimize HR processes and create programs that enhance the overall employee experience and HR team effectiveness. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Compensation and Compliance and will work closely with legal, payroll, and finance staff.

THE CANDIDATE
Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Boston, MA and Chicago, IL is $85,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.
