Senior HR Benefits Specialist - Soni Resources : Job Details

A global law firm is hiring a Senior Benefits Specialist for their Human Resources team. The Benefits Specialist will manage benefit enrollment and be a subject matter expert in benefits inquiries within the firm. The Specialist will be in a front facing role with internal and external parties. The ideal candidate has previous benefits experience, and a strong foundation in HR, and experience working with vendors. Requirements:

• 3 years of Benefits specialization / administration
• 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
• Previous benefits vendor experience
• Previous experience working with a large company or international company

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of benefits experience

Compensation: $115,000 - 120,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
