Description

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and employee relations. Develop and maintain positive employee relations practices to promote a healthy organizational culture and high levels of engagement.

  • Talent Management & Development:Manage and implement talent management strategies, including performance appraisals, leadership development, and succession planning. Support career development initiatives to help employees grow and meet their potential.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:Lead recruitment efforts by working closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring processes. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company culture.

  • Performance Management:Manage and enhance the performance management system, ensuring that regular feedback, goal setting, and performance evaluations are completed in a timely and effective manner. Work with managers to address performance issues and implement development plans.

Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the HR department (construction, property management, real estate, hospitality, or health care preferred)
  • Proficiency in using ADP software
  • A thorough understanding of HR best practices

Job Offer

  • Base salary up to $140,000
