As a onsite contributor, you'll play a key role in pioneering a pathway toward a more streamlined and effective healthcare system.JOB SUMMARYThe Sr. Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. The Sr. HR Business Partner serves as an integral part of leadership teams and seeks to understand every aspect of the business not just HR. The Sr. HR Business Partner is a thought-leader on human capital and organizational topics and plans, designs, recommendations, and implements programs and initiatives that have impact and drive results across the enterprise.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consult with leadership to understand the business outcomes essential to their success, provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions, and plan and execute comprehensive interventions and people strategies that solve business challenges, produce sustainable, measurable results, and enable new levels of performance. Interventions include leadership effectiveness, change management, organizational effectiveness (e.g., employee engagement), and talent assessment.
  • Leverage data to guide decision making, identify trends, get to the root cause of issues, and proactively solutions solve adding high value to the organization to drive employee performance and business outcomes.
Embody the roles of HRBP:
  • Plan, design, and execute programs and initiatives that drive employee performance, high employee engagement and positive culture including strategic organizational development, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, reward and recognition, diversity, data analysis, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Serve as people centers of excellence SME on cross-functional teams and regarding organizational and people-related planning (workforce planning and strategies) and execution to add the HR perspective to the conversation to drive business results.?
  • Lead and/or support restructuring initiatives and M&A including but not limited to pre-acquisition human capital due diligence with focus on benefits, policies, practices, compensation; post-acquisition including integration, implementation, organization design, talent selection.
  • Provide training and coaching to build capabilities.
  • Employ teambuilding and OD practices to improve performance and achieve results.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, legal risks, and compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, learning and development, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in related field of study desired.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years progressive experience as a HR business partner with 2 - 3 years playing key role in organization transformation initiatives leading mid to large scale projects including M&A.
  • SHRM certification strongly desired.
  • Deep experience in people and organizational diagnosis and effective solutioning for talent initiatives, employee relations activities drafting position statements and responding to charges and claims from third parties (EEOC, DOL, TWC, IDHR, plaintiff legal counsel) and programs.
  • Skilled in training content development and delivery and facilitation.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies.
  • Strategic reasoning and analytical thinking to use data to guide work and develop pragmatic plans that inform business decisions. Must be comfortable challenging convention.
  • Experience working in environment of transformational change.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adjust to issues as needed in a dynamic work, hands-on environment and prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, solutions solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, creative, and able to perform duties with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to influence and coach at varying levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, practices, and trends.
  • High proficiency with software and HR Technology (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRIS/HCM, ATS, etc.).
  • Able to travel 40 - 60%
