Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Relate Search : Job Details

Relate Search is partnered with a dynamic manufacturing organization in their search for a Sr. HR Business Partner in the greater Augusta, GA area. As a business partner to the leadership team, this role reports to the site HR leader and supports a large, complex manufacturing campus.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic change agent and business partner to Operations team
• Drive culture and change management initiatives throughout the site with a focus on employee engagement, high performance teams, employee attraction & retention, and talent development
• Supports employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and benefits at the site
• Collaborate with leadership team on employee and leadership development initiatives, performance management, and succession planning efforts
• Provide counsel, guidance, and coaching to the business on employee engagement and employee relations matters
• In partnership with the leadership team, optimize org design efforts and exceed business goals
• In partnership with HR site leader, assist with the prioritization and development of HR initiatives, policies and activities across the site

Requirements:

• 7+ years Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
• Track record of success in influencing managers at all levels
• Sound business acumen with a demonstrated understanding of employment law
• Action-oriented with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Customer service attitude with excellent communication and people skills
