Position Summary:

The Senior HR Generalist will be part of the corporate PSG HR team and will support the PSG Corporate functions of Finance, Operations, Digital Solutions, and Marketing/Engineering in the roll out of company HR policies and programs, talent & development management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations in support of the overall business objectives of the organization and the Global HR team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits and HRIS maintenance.
  • Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Support the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers in the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with team to develop stronger social media presence that supports the talent and attraction strategy
  • Work with managers and employees to assess their needs and develop an individual or functional tailored development program
  • Provide guidance and support to department managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • As needed, conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues effectively and fairly.
  • Support employee engagement activities
  • Support employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication, and serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.
  • Support M&A Due Diligence activities as well as implementation of acquisitions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Stay abreast of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline with 5 years HR experience.
  • Understanding of Federal labor law and compliance.
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical/analytical thinking skills; and organized with long-term outlook in any decision.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety tasks to achieve results.
  • Maintains a professional, collaborative demeanor in performing duties adhering to strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Office and HRIS system proficiency.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Domestic mobility (i.e. ability to relocate domestically for future assignments).
  • Preferred experience with SAP Success Factors.
  • Preferred experience with ADP.
  • Highly organized and efficient in approaching tasks; strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible and embraces change to foster success.
  • Collaborative team member.
