Senior HVAC Engineer - MAU WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS : Job Details

MAU is hiring a Senior HVAC Engineer for Fluor in Greenville, SC. As a Senior HVAC Engineer, you will plan, organize, and coordinate mechanical engineering and multi-disciplined team/design projects while engaged in engineering projects' planning, design, and construction phases, including project startup. This is a contract, long-term assignment. Shift Information

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience, preferably nuclear, in design, estimating, specific preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering
• Working knowledge of Federal (including Department of Energy Orders), State, and Local codes and standards applicable to mechanical engineering design
• Familiarity with computer-aided drafting applications

Essential Functions

• Conduct construction document reviews as required
• Demonstrate design experience in nuclear industry HVAC design work and design-related codes and standards
• Generate and review the accuracy of design/evaluation calculations and specifications
• Perform other tasks as required
