Senior HVAC Technician - Jones Lange LaSalle : Job Details

Work alongside the clients staff to ensure the buildings and their associated systems are operated and maintained in good repair. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources. Follow all safety protocols including Lock out Tag out, Job Safety Assessments, Shutdown Notifications, etc. Ensure compliance to Occupational Health and Safety policies, regulations, legislation and cultivate a workplace where health and safety is a priority for client, team members and contractors focusing on a goal zero injuries strategy. Assist in managing the operations audit process as directed by the respective Regional Engineer/ National Engineer account managers. Ensure that compliance of all regulatory laws and guidelines are met as they relate to the operation of the buildings electrical systems.
