This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Instrumentation and Control Systems, Process Automation, Vapor, Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, and Process Flow to make a significant impact on our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems and components in our energy facilities. They will also play a key role in driving improvements in process efficiency and reliability. Design, develop, and maintain control systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability.2. Conduct research to help solve complex technical issues related to control systems.3. Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems.4. Develop expertise in and responsibility for reading and interpreting diagrams, schematics, and written reference material to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems.5. Monitor and control equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.6. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary equipment and materials.7. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and maintenance plans for control systems.8. Provide training and technical advice to other members of staff, as needed.9. Stay updated with the latest advancements in control systems technology and incorporate new technology into existing units.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the energy industry.3. Extensive experience with Instrumentation and Control Systems, Process Automation, Vapor, Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, and Process Flow.4. Strong knowledge of industry safety practices and regulations.5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.7. Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.8. Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, CAD software, and PLC programming.9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.10.
