Senior Information Technology Project Manager - Akkodis : Job Details

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager Position with a client located in Rochester, NY. Must hold an Associate Degree in a Technical Field to be considered for this position.I n this role, you will help lead the execution of complex IT projects for clients, delivering impactful and innovative solutions. Will also help with client requirements and technology requirements when executing projects.

Pay/Salary Range $85,00-$120,00K.

Senior Information Technology Project Manager responsibilities include:

• Execution of project work plans as described in the SOW
• Onboard new clients
• Email migrations
• Server projects
• Configure and install software, servers, routers and other network devices
• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN)
• Create, oversee, and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)
• Implement MDM
• IT Asset Management
• Equipment prep for projects
• Regularly report on project updates to the Project Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with the Project Engineering team and applicable vCIO's to create more efficient project methods to maintain project profitability.
• Maintain detailed project documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree in a technical field is required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.
• Must be willing to travel to customer sites.
• Enterprise server hardware
• Managing Microsoft Windows Server and Debian based Linux distributions
• High availability clustering and SQL always on availability
• SAN and iSCSI configuration and management
• Designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure
• SonicWall
• Microsoft Active Directory, DNS and DHCP Server
• Managing Microsoft Entra domain services and Azure infrastructure
• Managing Microsoft Hyper-V or ESXi Hypervisors
• Enterprise backup solutions
• Troubleshooting Enterprise Systems
