Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Superintendent:

- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams and subcontractors

- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment

- This is a direct hire position requiring on-site presence

Required Skills for Senior Superintendent:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or 10 years trade experience

- Minimum 18 years of construction experience

- Minimum 13 years of experience in a supervisory role

- Current/Valid driver's license

- Experience in the Data Center Space is a plus

Compensation Details: $160,000 -210,000 based off experience
