Job Description

As Senior Legal Counsel, varied responsibilities include:

• Leading on varied significant M&A/ transactions
• Providing wider legal counsel - predominantly commercial transactions, regulatory and other corporate matters
• Managing outside counsel
• Working relatively autonomoulsy as the US M&A/ transactions subject matter expert
• Communicating closely with the wider international in-house legal team

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrable skills and experience required for the Senior Legal Counsel role:

• 7+ years M&A/ transactions in-house and big law experience
• Must have JD and US state bar (preferably NY bar)
• Must be a strong communicator, able to build relationships and trust quickly - comfortable leading large business transactions and M&A activity - working with the GC (based abroad) leading activities within the US and busy NY office
