Senior Litigation Attorney: Consumer Class Action and Mass Arbitration Practice Group - Levi & Korsinsky, LLP : Job Details

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join our consumer practice group. We are located in the Financial District, NYC, but have a national footprint with offices in CA, CT, and DC. We are open to remote or hybrid work for the right candidate.

What you will do:

• Draft high-quality comprehensive, fact-intensive pleadings, discovery demands, and communications
• Review work product and guide junior attorneys on tasks involving consumer class actions and mass arbitrations
• Develop case theory, and offer substantive input on litigation strategies
• Manage a voluminous caseload of arbitrations, acting as the engine moving the actions forward and taking ownership of outcomes
• Represent clients in arbitrations, mediations and in court, including oral arguments, hearings, and trials
• Work independently to press cases, as well as ability to work as part of a team when necessary

To Qualify, you should have:

• 4+ years' experience in plaintiffs' side mass arbitration or consumer litigation
• Law Degree from US Law School and Admitted to any state bar
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills; exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience participating in the arbitration process and/or making court appearances, including trials, motions, and hearings.
• Experience with data breach cases or in the high-volume arbitration space is preferred, but not required.
• Law Review, Federal Court clerkship, or similar other writing experience is a plus

Compensation:
