Senior Litigation Counsel - Insure National : Job Details

Insure National has partnered with one of the largest Insurance carriers in North America to help find Workers Comp, Insurance Defense Attorneys to join their legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing this carrier by evaluating WC claims filed against their clients (employers), investigating the validity of the claim, negotiating settlements and defending the carrier in hearings or court if needed.

Must Haves:

3-5+ most recent years as a insurance defense attorney handling Workers Comp cases

Bar'd in CA

Live within a 3 hour radius of the LA metro area

**This role is very specific to Workers Compensation, we will not be able to consider any other insurance type of experience.
