Senior Logistics Account Executive 500 East Irving Park Boulevard, Itasca, IL 60143 This individual will be responsible for establishing lasting relationships and growing professional B2B accounts specializing in the movement of either Import/Export Containers or Full Truckloads in North America. Our ideal candidate will utilize a network of customers and contacts established over the course of their career in addition to prospecting and engaging with new potential clients and leads. Duties / Responsibilities:

• Generate and Organize Client Leads: Contact new and existing Shippers, Freight Forwarders, NVOCCs, etc. to promote FMI's Truckload and Drayage brokerage services, backed by our proprietary technologies: My Freight Manager TMS and Draydex .
• Maintain constant communication with clients via phone and email to ensure service satisfaction.
• Tracking and Tracing of all in-transit shipments to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Maintain constant awareness of client needs and operational impact.
• Consistently hit monthly goals, expectations, and KPI's.
• Provide updates and reports to Management as requested.
