Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits! The successful candidate will play an integral part in developing our manufacturing process, contributing to the creation of high-quality machined parts that meet our customers' needs. The candidate must have a strong background in various manufacturing processes and CNC machining. Responsibilities:As a Senior Machinist, your tasks will include but are not limited to:1. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.2. Oversee the entire CNC process for our facility. 3. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet specifications.4. Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on equipment and product issues.5. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.6. Work with various metals including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and sheet metal.Qualifications:To be considered for the Senior Machinist role, candidates must have:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a CNC Machinist or Process Engineer.2. Extensive knowledge of CNC machining processes and equipment.3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis.5.
