Senior Manager CI - DSJ Global : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy deployment process
• Enforce KPIs throughout the site
• Work closely with the site leadershp team on creating a strategic vision of improvement metrics, site roadmap and expectations
• Guide the plant leadership team with an emphasis on internal and external benchmarking
• Foster a zero-loss mindset across key areas to optimize quality, delivery and cost
• Achieve long-term CI objectives through cross functional alignment of all resources toward shared goals
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events
• Champion the continuous improvement team to improve problem-solving capability throughout the site
• Oversee continuous improvement budget
• Coordinate focused improvement project teams to eliminate loss and achieve strategic goals
• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business
• Expected travel up to 25%

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or relevant field)
• 7+ years in manufacturing leadership
• 3+ years overseeing a production system
• Production System Practitioner certification required
• Extensive knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
• Demonstrated passion for safety and operational excellence
• Strong experience in project/program management
