What You'll Do:

As the Data & Insights Product lead, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the Retail Media's Data and Insights offering. We are looking for candidates across two different job levels and will hire at the level aligned to the chosen candidate's experience and skill set. This role is critical to directly growing our customers' business through in- and off- platform guidance. You will act as a thought partner to our biggest internal and external stakeholders but will also help establish Criteo as a data and insights thought leader in Retail Media.

* Set the Data Strategy for the Retail Media business

* Work closely with our external stakeholders to understand where their businesses are heading and what data and insights are needed to support them / help them drive their businesses forward

* Work closely with internal stakeholders to define what kinds of input we need to most effectively / optimally guide our partners

* Lead tiering / pricing approach for data offerings

* Develop a 'playbook' for our data offerings

* Partner closely with R&D to ensure we have the right data, processes, etc. in place to most optimally and efficiently deliver on our data strategy

* Manage a team of Product Managers focused on Data and Insights

* Hire and develop team members to be the best Product Managers and RM data / insights experts

* Empower these individuals to own and drive their respective areas

Who You Are:

* Degree in technical field (Computer Science, EECS, equivalent)

* Extensive experience (5+ years) as a people manager and in a leadership, role overseeing data and insights initiatives, ideally in Retail Media / AdTech industry

* Extensive knowledge of advertising ecosystem and Retailer, Advertiser, Brand, Seller data needs

* Extensive experience productizing and packaging data and insights into a holistic product offering that guides customer action (leading the discussion on insights in Retail Media instead of lagging behind requests / the industry)

* Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate complex, ambiguous requirements and business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives

* Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

* Keen intellectual curiosity and ability to structure & solve difficult problems

* Autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiative and ownership to grow the business

* Strong interpersonal skills. The success of the Product Lead will depend on their ability to build relationships with senior leadership & communicate effectively internally externally

* Fluent English speaker, French speaker is a plus

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners at all levels.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$176,000 - $265,000
