Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager: Global Databricks and Snowflakes Alliances In this role, candidate would be responsible to work with the Global Head of Data and AI Alliances Leader and manage strategic and tactical initiatives established between Genpact and Databricks and Snowflake. The role's responsibilities include working with the designated Databricks and Snowflake along Genpact's leadership to drive the individual partnership's go-to-market plans, buildout new offerings and exponentially drive incremental revenue. Responsibilities

  • Build and drive joint strategy, business plan, joint offerings, and execution of clearly defined go-to-market initiatives withDatabricks and Snowflake
  • Grow and expand partner related targeted account engagements, reselling, development of joint solutions and overall revenue
  • Work with Genpact sales teams & sales senior leadership to drive account growth
  • Expand knowledge and expertise in Genpact capabilities/offerings to effectively collaborate internally and withDatabricks and Snowflake
  • Develop and maintain trusted senior relationships within Genpact, the sales organization and Databricks and Snowflake
  • Identify areas where Genpact andDatabricks and Snowflakecan collaborate to build a new differentiated product or offerings
  • Help expand and extend Genpact Global Partner Program's overall reach, relevance, and revenue in the market
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • B.A./BSC (MBA/Masters preferred)
  • Must have relevant years of experience in alliance management, sales or business development roles in a services environment
  • Must have worked in and around large global SIs and/or well-known technology players, preferably with reselling experience
  • Experienced in driving and leading executive-level relationships
  • Has a deep background in consulting & digital technologies (AI, ML, Cloud, Generative AI preferred)

  • A hands-on reciprocal style of working and a commitment to being both a teammate and a leader is a must.
  • Outstanding communications skillswritten and verbal
  • The ability to influence peers and senior leaders across the business, and to encourage, further and lead team members
  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Knowledge of the top tier technology players in the market for finance & accounting
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$80000 to $100000].
