Job Summary:
Embrace is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager, HRBP to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in developing & implementing our People Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling organizations & working collaboratively with the business & the broader People team. The Senior Manager, HRBP is looked to as a trusted partner within the leadership teams and will be responsible for advising and coaching on all aspects of people operations.
You will be skilled in Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Relations, along with educating and training managers. This is a hands-on role and will have responsibility for frontline employee experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
- Advising and influencing leaders: enable the organization to solve critical and complex business challenges by building trust and close partnerships with some of our most senior leaders
- Supporting leaders & aligning people strategy with business goals: bring together your people expertise with the knowledge of our business to deliver people strategies that help grow and develop our talent
- Mentoring and developing managers: coach managers through the full range of the employee experience using expertise in organizational design, experience building high performing teams, and navigating difficult conversations
- Managing organizational change: collaborate with other People Operations team members to effectively communicate organizational changes by advocating for team-specific solutions and facilitating company-wide communications and trainings
- Managing competing projects: spearhead and advise on projects and programs that drive the business forward
- Championing culture: ensure unique voices, perspectives, and challenges are heard
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience leading and influencing organizational design, change management, manager development, compensation, and employee relations
- Ability to build relationships and partner with all stakeholders in the organization to deliver a great employee experience

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Human Resources (People) experience in a progressive, high growth and results oriented insurance and/or technology environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field preferred
- Experience with HRIS implementation(s) is a plus
- Certification from HRCI or SHRM preferred
