Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading all Mergers and Acquisitions activities across several major geographic regions to support ongoing sales efforts and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Partners with Managing Director in overall leadership and management of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategically focused to direct planning, execution and achievements of operation goals;
  • Leads the development of standards, processes, and branding within the H&P, global, and outsourcing practices and improves scalability of each department;
  • Oversees the employee empowerment committees (standards, innovation, mentoring, onboarding, etc);
  • Ensure sales and marketing tools and materials are updated, current, and effective;
  • Directs and mentors management team and ensures that team is effectively motivating, rewarding and retaining employees through effective recruiting practices, timely completion of performance reviews and utilization of performance management tools including rewards, recognition and disciplinary actions;
  • Reviews and approves compensation changes including annual merit, off cycle pay adjustments, and incentive compensation payouts;
  • Develops and implements consistent organization-wide policies, workflows and procedures including corresponding measurement tools;
  • Leads the planning, budgeting and financial reports including Profit and Loss statements, compensation ratios, labor ratios, margin maintenance, revenue, Operations RPE reports, and New and Lost Business reports;
  • Performs critical review of final revenue and expense budgets;
  • Advocates the enhanced use of technology and training where appropriate;
  • Partners with Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment law and consistent organizational practices;
  • Tracks annual customer retention for respective groups on a client count and revenue basis;
  • Partners with Corporate Services business units (i.e. Facilities, IT, Accounting, Legal) to facilitate efficient business operations;
  • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fifteen (15) or more years of related work experience
  • Valid insurance license
  • Must continue to meet C.E.U. requirements for license renewal
