We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior HR Manager - Mobility Advisory ServicesLocation: New Brunswick, NJObjectives:The Senior Manager, Mobility Advisory Services (MAS) provides advisory consultation to regional business and HR stakeholders on the use, benefits and design of Talent Mobility solutions to meet specific business and talent development needs. Additionally, the Senior MAS Manager acts as a subject-matter-expert for complex global assignment planning and structuring and executive mobility.Key Responsibilities:Develop and strengthen business relationships with business and HR stakeholders and act as an advisor and a trusted partner to them on designing custom solutions to mobility and learning issues or needs.Consult with and provide deep subject matter expertise to business and HR stakeholders to implement optimal mobility approaches that meet business and talent development needs.Consult with business and HR stakeholders to develop objectives and goals for mobility assignments and initiatives.Promote an investment mindset of the value and benefit of Talent Mobility initiatives.Conduct research and analysis required for planning Talent Mobility initiatives and opportunities (e.g. mergers, divestitures and acquisition, new market entry).Consult with management and functional departments to structure approaches to development programs involving cross border moves and experiences.Act as an escalation point to the vendor partners to conduct assignment due diligence for identified complex assignment cases and advise on requirements and considerations (e.g. compliance requirements, new country entry requirements, assignment/ employment structure).Consult on escalated complex assignment issues and executive mobility requiring deep expertise and liaison with J&J functions as needed.Suggest improvements to mobility policies, programs, events, materials, etc. to improve effectiveness and meet evolving needs of the business.Keep updated on industry best practices, trends, and latest thinking on talent mobility and cross national learning experiences. Partner closely with Leadership & Learning to facilitate identification of Achieve and Accelerate portfolio offerings that can further support the success of international assignments.Experience:A minimum of Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree in HR, Business Education, or Organization Development is highly preferred.A minimum of 6 or more years of experience in relevant functional domains (HR consulting, talent mobility and Talent Management/Development).International compensation, tax services and/or benefits program design and administration experience advantageous, in lieu of talent mobility experience.Key Capabilities:Demonstrate strong leadership ability to guide or direct others through action or influence within sometimes ambiguous environments.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a complex global business environment.Strong organizational consulting skills, solution oriented mindset.Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Travel Requirements:Travel within region and/or internationally (20 - 25%).Customers and Key Relationships:The Senior MAS Manager's customers are HR BU partners and Talent Acquisition managers. The Senior Manager also partners with other Talent Mobility and Learning professionals in the Talent Development organization and with other SG professionals.Reporting Relationship:The Senior MAS Manager reports to the Regional Lead, Mobility Advisory Services. There are no direct reports up to the MAS Manager, although work direction and partnering with other specialist group, HR colleagues and external partners is required.Potential KPIs:HR and business satisfaction ratings and feedback on impact and value of mobility and learning; timely and effective strategic mobility plans for key business sectors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
