This role is based Shoreside in the Miami Corporate Office. What you will doThe Sr. Manager Entertainment & Recreation will be leading the startup entertainment efforts for the Four Seasons Yacht I and will be responsible with all Entertainment and Recreation Operations when the Yacht is in service. What you bringThe Sr. Manager Entertainment and Recreation demonstrates strategic thinking while also being able to operate at a tactical level keeping everyone on track for the successful delivery/opening of this important Four Seasons project. *Creates and delivers an on-board Entertainment and Recreation experience that surprises and delights with a focus on individualized, destination relevant and unique experiences that can't be easily recreated. * Will be able to build and sustain relations with the Yacht ownership team, third party partners and various Four Seasons key stakeholders, working as one team . * Expertly utilizes a proven track record in providing unique luxury experiences to a high-end clientele. Possesses significant experience in the luxury cruise industry.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxury Cruise Line leadership roles. Demonstrated record of accomplishment of successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Must be fully versed in Hospitality operational systems and technology.
