What You'll Do:As the Formats Product lead, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the portfolio of product lines (i.e. SP, Display, Offsite) we offer to supply- and demand-side partners. These product lines must be uniquely positioned to best engage the end-user (wherever they are in their journey from awareness to conversion) and move them down-funnel in addition to driving growth for our customers. We are looking for candidates across two different job levels and will hire at the level aligned with the chosen candidate's experience and skill set.Responsibilities:
- Set the Strategy for the Formats team.
- Be the best advocate for the customer/end-user and the shopping experiences that will best engage them throughout their buying journey.
- Work closely with our supply- and demand-side partners to understand how they want to engage with the customer - and then translate those into concrete product investments.
- Establish a culture of measuring efficacy of formats and iterating quickly.
- Drive alignment internally across functions to support these formats.
- Manage a team of Product Managers focused on the ad formats/products.
- Hire and develop team members to be the best Product Managers and formats experts.
- Empower these individuals to own and drive their respective areas.Who You Are:
- Degree in technical field (Computer Science, EECS, equivalent).
- Experience (3+ years) as a people manager and in a leadership role overseeing product lines (i.e. SP, Display, Offsite, etc.), ideally in Retail Media / AdTech industry.
- Heavily customer-centric and data driven.
- Extensive experience launching and iterating on ad formats - with experience growing product lines.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate complex, ambiguous requirements and business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Keen intellectual curiosity and ability to structure & solve difficult problems.
- Autonomous & self-driven, comfortable taking initiative and ownership to grow the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills. The success of the Product Lead will depend on their ability to build relationships with senior leadership & communicate effectively internally & externally.
- Fluent English speaker, French speaker is a plus.
