Senior Manager, Product Manager - Card Financial Transactions Platform
Capital One's Card Financial Transactions Platform team is defining the roadmap that will enable our new and well-managed customer experiences and capabilities, leveraging the latest innovations. The Senior Manager, Product Management for our team plays a critical role in achieving our goals. As a Senior Product Manager you will work with architects, data scientists, service designers, process engineers and developers to translate human insights, dependent platform, app, segment needs, downstream user feedback, and technology capabilities into scalable, resilient, and efficient user-centric services. You will develop end-to-end solutions to help us better serve Card customers.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
