This could include any combination of state regulatory requests, investigations from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), or plan sponsor inquiries. As a member of this team, you will manage Mental Health Parity requests, ensuring an accurate and timely response to the requesting party. To be successful, you need to understand the resources you have available to you and know where and how to get responses to new or custom information. You will be a member of a team, but you must be able to act independently in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: 1. Keen attention to detail; able to interpret complex requirements into actionable items 2. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing 3. Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills 4. Superior critical thinking and decision-making skills 5. Quickly grasp business concepts, objectives, and strategies 6. Well organized; able to manage simultaneous tasks while meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications- 5-7+ years of successful project management experience - 5-7+ years of healthcare business/insurance industry experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with or understanding of Mental Health ParityExperience in a function that exposed you to Group Health PlansAbility to concisely summarize large amounts of information and data and tailor the summary to the audience Experience communicating with customers, consultants, legal, and all levels of managementStrong written and oral communication skillsCollaboration and facilitation experienceFundamental project management skillsStrong MS Office skillsWe support a hybrid work environment. If selected and you live near a suitable work location, you may be expected to comply with the hybrid work policy. Aetna Service Operations office/hub locations will be discussed with the selected candidate. Education-BS/BA or equivalent work experiencePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
