Job Title: Senior Manager, Direct To Consumer Sales & Customer SupportDivision: Consumer Products Division, HydrovivLocation: Remote (USA based, US work rights required)Description: The Senior DTC Sales & Customer Support Manager will lead and manage the sales and customer support teams to achieve sales targets, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive overall growth for Hydroviv. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in DTC sales, customer support, and team leadership.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales and customer support teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and manage a sales program to train and align team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of customer support processes and systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales and customer support metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Stay current with technology and industry trends and best practices to ensure Hydroviv remains competitive.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in DTC sales and customer support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a DTC environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and customer support software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for customer service and a customer-centric approach.
