Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Product Supply partners with leadership to execute the talent acquisition strategy for Coca-Cola Consolidated and adjacent businesses. This role leads a team of recruitment professionals, implementing recruitment best practices and optimizing the full life cycle recruitment process. The Senior Manager collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develops targeted sourcing strategies, and ensures excellent candidate experience. They contribute to employer branding initiatives across digital/social channels and maintain relationships with local communities and partners. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively partner with management. The Senior Manager analyzes recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness and supports budget and compliance requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Management: People Management & Leadership
* Leads and manages a team to deliver results by implementing and communicating departmental goals and deadlines; developing teammates through structured performance management, coaching and training sessions; executing continuous improvement methods while ensuring customer focus; and modeling company purpose and values to foster servant leadership.
* Manage and guide a high performing Talent Acquisition team by ensuring recruiters understand their assigned business units' needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and implement effective candidate engagement approaches.
Technology: Process & Operations Management
* Implements and optimizes recruitment technology tools to enhance candidate relationship management and experience. Partners with Talent Systems team to evaluate, pilot, and deploy new recruiting technologies according to established guidelines and processes.
Process: Process & Operations Management
* Lead process improvement projects within the TA lifecycle, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency. Oversee day-to-day vendor partnerships, monitor service levels, and implement approved cost optimization measures.
* Manage the implementation of TA processes, SOPs, and compliance standards, while coordinating vendor partnerships and cost optimization initiatives. Lead team training programs, monitor operational effectiveness through regular audits, and recommend process improvements based on performance metrics and team feedback.
Compliance: Compliance & Quality Control
* Lead the execution of compliance standards in recruitment processes, overseeing documentation requirements for OFCCP guidelines and employment regulations. Manage quality control measures for candidate records, hiring manager interactions, and recruitment activities while partnering with Legal/HR to address compliance updates.
* Manage and analyze recruitment performance metrics, delivering regular reports on KPIs to key stakeholders. Implement dashboard improvements, monitor team progress against established goals, and provide data-driven recommendations to support talent acquisition strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Knowledgeable and well versed in OFCCP, EEOC, Title 7, and local and state laws and ordinances to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and corporate policies
* Ability to work in fast paced, high energy environments of competing priorities with tight deadlines
* Experience with ATS/HRIS, Social Media/Marketing, AI and other cutting edge recruitment technologies
* Strong project management and communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
* Associate's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
* Minimum 3 years of recruitment management experience leading a high-volume team of Talent Acquisition Professionals
