The ideal candidate is a blend of marketing strategist, data-driven decision-maker, tech enthusiast, and CRO aficionado. You are passionate about building websites and digital experiences that drive qualified traffic, lead flow, and revenue.Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will collaborate with multiple teams, including Paid Media, Product Led Growth, Content Marketing, Design, Marketing Operations, and Lifecycle Marketing, to drive the strategy, management, measurement, testing, and execution for www.Justworks.com from the first visit through lead capture and account created.Your Success Profile What You Will Work OnLead the strategy and roadmap for www.justworks.com, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-converting user experiences that drive MQLs and accounts created to support our Sales and PLG motions.Manage a team of Web Producers and Conversion Rate Optimization Managers.Ensure cohesive and impactful user experience that brings our Brand to life and guides prospects to the point of conversion.Own and manage the overall site, strategy, information architecture, holistic performance, and page goals.Partner with cross-functional teams to grow our organic web presence, increase qualified lead flow, enhance data capture, tracking, and connectivity, and drive personalization across the site experience.Maintain and iterate on KPIs and present data on website health and performance to cross-functional teams and leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable format.Manage workload and backlog for a small team of in-house engineers, UX designers, and Web Producers.Actively manage a backlog, create detailed project plans outlining requirements, task owners, milestones, dependencies, and key risks, and deliver project plans against tight deadlines.Partner with Senior SEO Manager on overall site performance, goals, and opportunities to optimize around organic search, including overall site architecture and page content.Partner with marketing operations to optimize data collection and connect with marketing automation tooling.Set priorities for the team to drive efficiency and impact in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.Leverage analytics tools to manage performance and identify traffic patterns to improve conversion and monitor for bugs across the site.Stay on top of website trends within our market and in parallel markets, and ensure the team understands current marketing trends and developments related to b2b websites and landing pages.Perform other related duties as needed.How You Will Do Your WorkAs a Senior Manager, Website Marketing, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization. You're honest and forthright, have a strong moral compass, and strive to match your words with your actions while leading by example.Simplicity - Be like Einstein: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.QualificationsMinimum of 7 years experience managing enterprise marketing website properties, SEO, CRO, and growth marketing programs in the B2B / SaaS spaceMinimum of 3 years people management experienceProven track record leading website development and conversion rate optimization strategies that improve performance and drive resultsNatural problem solver with a strong understanding of how to drive user behaviorStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive strategy and decision-making; comfortable with Google Analytics, Heap, and TableauDomain expertise across Web Production, SEO, tag management, web analytics, A/B testingStrong bias towards action; track record of taking initiative to build out plans and socialize with the right people when seeing opportunitiesA test-and-learn mindset that values iteration and speed-to-market over perfectionStrong collaboration and communication skills, a team player who is comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different teams to solve complex problemsExtremely organized with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneouslyGood knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing channelsExperience with our current martech stack - Contentful, Customer.IO, Salesforce, VWO, GTM, Google Analytics and Heap is preferred.The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $165,000.00 - $181,500.00 per year.#LI-Hybrid#LI-SP1Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
