Senior Marketing AssociateClifton Park, NYFusco Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Associate to join our client in the Capital Region area to support and expand their marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and manage a range of responsibilities to ensure the execution and success of planned marketing programs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily administrative tasks to streamline marketing activities and support overall coordination.Manage the company's social media presence, creating and posting online content across the company website and social platforms.Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives.Develop marketing literature, including brochures, press releases, and other materials to strengthen the company's market presence.Participate in the key account outreach program, fostering relationships with critical clients.Utilize marketing analytics to gather insights from social media, website analytics, rankings, and other data sources.Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories for statistical, financial, and non-financial data.Communicate directly with clients to build and nurture trust.Contribute ideas for innovative marketing programs to enhance brand visibility.Requirements5+ years of proven marketing experience.Proficiency in HubSpot and other CRM tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong writing and graphic design skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Organized and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.Knowledge of market research techniques and database management.Familiarity with MS Office, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other online tools.Healthcare industry experience is a plus.Salary Range$70-75kFusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
